Our Blue Light was established in 2016 following the success of the Blue Light Walk.  
Our aim is to improve the mental health, wellbeing and working life of #OurBlueLight Emergency & Essential Services including, Police, Fire, Ambulance, Search & Rescue, Prison Service and NHS.

We want to get our colleagues and public talking about mental health and workplace wellbeing. If you are employed by the emergency or essential services and would like to get involved with any of our upcoming events or would like to arrange your own event please get in contact with the team, alternatively you can join the conversation on our forum.
Our Blue Light 2018
During 2018 Our Blue Light is growing to support the whole of the UK's Emergency and Essential Services. Throughout this time you will notice a lot of exciting changes to our website, which will help to build the foundations for the future of Our Blue Light.
Whether we struggle with disappointing exam results, the loss of a job, a relationship break-up, depression, anxiety or any other mental health challenge, we all struggle with our mental health at times, and we all need support. Visit our Help and Support section now for practical help with your wellbeing.
You can join #OurBlueLight Services throughout 2018 at numerous events around the country, each event aims to raise awareness and funds to support the health and wellbeing of our emergency & essential services.

Royal Visit!
Dan & Rich share the story of #OurBlueLight with the Royal Family
On World Mental Health Day 2016 #WMHD16 Dan & Rich attended an prestigae event in London to talk about their expirences of mental health within the emergency services and their visions to challenge stigma and create a mentall healthy workplace for their collegues.
